The older I get, the more I realize that what you believe matters. This world will not know peace at the point of a gun, but rather as the result of a mindset. I submit that the only mindset that will bring peace to the world is Christianity.

I agree! We as Christians have to stop worshiping the U.S. as if it were God. Just because we were founded on Christian principles doesn't mean our leaders are walking in God's ways. It's way past time for us to be more discerning in our support of our country's policies. The Christian right appears to the rest of the country like nothing more than Bush's sycophants. God expects better of us. I for one am doing what I can to be more discerning and teaching others to do the same. I have a blog I think you can get to by clicking on my name.
